Tucker Carlson, who was recently fired from Fox News, tweeted two days after being fired that "very little media is telling the truth."



He said this by posting a two-minute video on his Twitter account on the 26th (local time).


It was the first comment he's made since being fired from Fox News.


“The reason such debates are not tolerated in the American media is that political parties and pressure groups like donors block the conversation to advance their own interests,” he added. As a result, it was pointed out that there are very few media that tell the truth.



At the end of the video, he says, "Let's meet again soon," suggesting that he will continue to anchor himself in other media.


Fox News released a statement on the 24th, saying, "Fox News and Carlson have decided to part ways."



Carlson's resignation came a week after Fox News agreed to pay nearly $800 million (about 1.68 trillion won) in damages in a malpractice lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems, a company of voting and counting machines. The award is the largest ever paid in a defamation case against a media company.
